The location worked well. It is close to the train station. The breakfast had many options. I also appreciated the large, comfy bed.
The air conditioning system was not ideal. I could not lower the temperature much. It reminded me of I was cooking in the room. The bathroom sink was clogged also. It overflowed quickly when I turned on the faucet.

incorrect wifi distant neighborhood
The wifi information provided was incorrect (a pretty basic thing to get right). i also found the neighborhood lacking in shops and restaurants. It meant i had to trek a bit for everything. a hotel restaurant would really solve that restaurant problem. plus, the duvet was quite thin. I could have used an extra blanket thin duvet, restaurant absence, distant neighborhood

modern hotel friendly staff river view
The hotel is modern and clean. The staff were friendly. My room had a river view on a high floor, just as I requested. The bathroom had a nice shower. The location near the train station suited my travel needs.
There were no tea or coffee making facilities in my room.

The breakfast offered a good variety of choices. I noticed there were fresh pastries. The breakfast area was kept very clean. I saw several staff members actively replenishing items.

helpful staff good breakfast good facilities
The breakfast was very good with many options. i found the staff helpful and cute. They even changed my room when i needed a twin instead of a double. the room had good facilities and was a good size.
the sandpaper toilet paper was a slight inconvenience.
